WELA LP FM is a community radio station that aims to serve the local community in Pompano Beach by broadcasting educational and informative programming while providing a platform for local artists to broadcast their music. WELA-LP FM, 91.7 is a low power (LP) FM radio station granted a Construction Permit (CP) by FCC to Broadcast from Pompano Beach, Florida since February 2024, with a mission to help new immigrants to learn English, conquer their American Dreams to teach them the National & State laws & the history of the United States of America on how to properly carry themselves in their everyday life and activities. We appreciate every person who can kindly colaborates with this station to build better communities across South Florida.
